A 1/4-pound patty made from wild North Pacific salmon placed on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Served with locally-made tortilla chips. Your choice of condiments by request.

Optional bread choices are swirled rye, sourdough and whole wheat bread. Optional condiments include: Original Yumm! Sauce™, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, ketchup, Reuben sauce, and Vegenaise®.
