Yumm! Wrap™ Really Big!
Deluxe Yumm!™ folded in a grilled tortilla (white or whole wheat) with melted cheddar cheese. Add baked, seasoned tofu for the hearty eater.
Southwest Tofu Wrap™
Big, grilled tortilla (white or w/w) filled with melted cheddar, grilled seasoned tofu, avocado, tomato, organic salsa, fresh cilantro.
Tempeh Reuben
Grilled organic tempeh, reuben sauce (vegan), sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, tomato, red onion on light rye. Served with corn chips.
Wild Salmon Burger
1/4 pound, locally made from wild, northwest, line-caught salmon. Served on a whole wheat bun, with lettuce, tomato, red onion, corn chips.
Ginger-Garlic Veggie Burger
Our own veggie burger (unbelievably vegan, contains peanuts), GingerAsian slaw, lettuce, and tomato served on a whole wheat bun (whole wheat bun contains honey, order on sourdough for totally vegan).
