What is Yumm! Sauce made from?
Café Yumm!™ Original Sauce: Our savory sauce has a mild garlic and lemon flavor. It is served with many of our menu items and can be ordered on the side. The sauce contains no wheat, dairy, gluten, eggs or sugar, and is therefore suitable for a variety of special diets including vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free. Yumm! Sauce is also available in Chipotle and Roasted Garlic.
What is in your Yumm! Bowl?
Yumm! Bowls™ are our most popular menu items. Each variation is a satisfying dish composed of layered rice, Yumm! sauce, beans, and topped with our deluxe toppings. The deluxe toppings include Shredded Tillamook® Cheddar, diced tomato, fresh cilantro, fresh avocado slices, mild red salsa, sliced black olives, and sour cream. Variations include edamame, nori, chipotle chili and Chilean Zucchini™.
I’m a vegetarian, what are my options at Café Yumm!?
All Yumm! Bowls™ are vegetarian. You’ll find a wide variety of other options, too, including tofu and tempeh skewers, wraps and sandwiches, soups and more.
I’m a vegan, do you have menu options that work with my diet?
For a simpler version, our Yumm! Bowls may be ordered without the Deluxe toppings, which makes a vegan meal. Or, tell your cashier that you want the Vegan Deluxe. This will hold the cheese and sour cream to be replaced by extra sliced avocado or shredded cabbage and carrots, at no extra charge.
And at Café Yumm!, if it doesn’t say meat or dairy in the title of the menu item, it doesn’t contain any. All of our cashiers are knowledgeable about the ingredients in our menu items; feel free to ask and guarantee a wonderful Café Yumm! experience!
Are your ingredients organic?
Our goal is to become 100% organic. Now, our organic ingredients include brown rice, red beans, black beans, red salsa, free-range eggs, tofu, yogurt, tempeh, field greens, peanut butter and jam.

We’re always looking for new Yummers to join our team. Whether administrative or in the restaurants, we love turning passionate customers into passionate employees. Click here for more information on Employment.
You can also complete an application at any of our restaurant locations and leave it with a manager. Avoid the hours of 11am-3pm – that’s our busy time. You can leave a resume if you'd like, and someone will contact you when an opportunity becomes available.
I love the Yumm! Bowls. How do I share with my family and friends?
Gift cards: Cafe Yumm! gift cards make terrific gifts. They are rechargeable, fully transferable, and can be purchased in any amount at any restaurant location. You may also call 541-681-YUMM or email giftcards@cafeyumm.com for information.
Catering: We offer pick-up and delivered catering (and sometimes, even full event service) at most of our locations. Call your local Café Yumm! for details. Click here to view our catering menu. Please allow at least 24-hrs notice prior to your event.
Retail: All three flavors of Yumm! Sauce™ (Original, Roasted Garlic, and Chipotle) are available in convenient 8 oz. jars or by the liter in all of our restaurant locations. Retailers throughout Oregon, and in parts of Washington and California, also carry jars. If your local retailer does not carry Yumm! Sauce™, ask them to carry it.
